HOURS

The exhibition is on display from April 1 – May 30, 2018. It is open daily from 10:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m.

LOCATION

The exhibition takes place at Teachers College, Columbia University, at 525 West 120th Street, New York, NY 10027 between Broadway and Amsterdam. Please bring your TC ID or a government-issued ID to enter the building. The walkway starts near the main entrance (Zankel Building, Rose Alcove) and ends at the basement. A map, on display at Site 1 will help visitors to orient themselves.

ACCESS

You can either explore the exhibition by yourself or sign up for a guided tour. A video guide, available through a download link, will guide visitors from one site to the next. You can use your own smartphone and access the guide using our OR-code or just open the download link in a browser, URL: https://vimeo.com/262675128.

GUIDED TOURS

Apart from the video guide - which guides you through the entire exhibition - we also offer public tours. These will be conducted by either the curators or museum educators from the art and art education program of Teachers College and happen throughout the exhibition and by demand. If you are interested, please sign up for one of these free tours or contact us through email.

ACCESS SERVICES

Please feel free to ask for help at the entry desk. For people with limited hearing and sight, we are currently preparing a guide with closed captions and a special site-map for easy access. Most of the 21 sites are wheelchair accessible. If you have more questions please reach the Office of Access and Services for Individuals with Disabilities at (212) 678-3689 or oasid@tc.columbia.edu. We are happy to assist.
